Allah-o-Akbar!
In every
azaan,
In every
namaz,
While slaughtering
our animals,
Allah-o-Akbar!
But is it
in our lives?
Do we
remember that He is Greater than our problems,
Greater
than our worries,
Greater
than our sorrows,
Greater
than all that there is?
Allah-o-Akbar!
Truly I
have been neglectful!
Allah-o-Akbar!
That
Great Deity chose us to be,
He chose
us as His servants,
He chose
us for Islam,
He gave
us life,
and here
I stand and sin,
Allah-o-Akbar!
today I
repent to the One Who is the Greatest,
today I
repent to the One Whose Mercy supersedes all my hideous deeds,
today I repent
to my Lord, the Almighty,
today I
repent for I have not lived the way I should have indeed.
Everything good herein is from Allah Ta'ala and all faults are my own.
